The Morgan Fund., its officers, employees, agents and representatives hereafter known as the company, takes the privacy of its investors very seriously.

No personal information provided to the company by the investor by any means nor any relevant transactional or account data shall be provided, shared, loaned, sold, or otherwise be made available to any unauthorized person, group or entity without a demonstrated and justified need to know, except by direct and specific court order of a court of prevailing jurisdiction.

The investor represents and warrants that any information they provide in connection with use of services by or through the company shall remain true, accurate, and complete, and that the investor will maintain and update such information on a timely basis.

The investor agrees that if any information provided is found to be willfully false, inaccurate, misleading or incomplete, the company may terminate all current and pending transactions, accounts and agreements and refuse future transactions and agreements at the sole descension of The Morgan Fund management.
